Groovy Sukiyaki" (Masayuki Izumi, Fusosha) is dramatized with Riki Takeuchi in the lead role! A man with a trench coat as his trademark sticks to his own style and calculations, but is betrayed and conflicted... His appearance is hilarious, but somehow endearing! Four stories are presented in an omnibus format. We hope you will enjoy this monstrosity of food hilarity in drama."

"Takehiko Kanroji (Riki Takeuchi), notorious for a man of power harassment, an executive officer of the publishing company “Yudansha” has been transferred from Nagoya to the Tokyo head office.
His mission is starting a magazine. However, the theme is ""sweets"" that Kanroji hates most. Even so, he tries to tackle the given work with all his heart, but his subordinates fed up with his overbearing attitude. So he ends up issuing a new magazine all by himself.
At the famous pastry shop where he reports, he first tastes sweets and enjoys the pleasant feeling he has never experienced. This experience awakes his secret talent of making sweets.
He creates surprising new-arranged sweets which a camera-man(Ryosuke Koike) is amazed.
The editor-in chief (Ruka Matsuda), who gave him a cold look towards his old-type work style,
starts to change. However, the second generation president (Ryuji Harada)’s unreasonable challenges and unexpected troubles caused a big upheaval.

■ INTRODUCTION
Two teens who live in completely different worlds - a pretty girl who "has a life" and an anime-loving otaku with no romantic experience - fall in love. What will happen to their sincere, true love?
■ STORY
Iroha Igarashi, the prettiest girl in high school, is mistaken for a shoplifter at a bookstore but is rescued by Hikari Tsutsui, a hardcore otaku who loves 2D anime. The next day suddenly asks him to be her boyfriend. Although he is wary and wonders if he is being bullied in a novel way by someone who "has a life," he reluctantly agrees and the relationship between two completely different people begins.
